Mr. Blanco-Herrera is a Miami personal injury lawyer and trial attorney. Prior to founding Blanco-Herrera Law, Mr. Blanco-Herrera began his legal career as a Prosecutor at the Broward State Attorney’s Office. As a Prosecutor, Mr. Blanco-Herrera earned a reputation for being a zealous advocate for victims of violent crimes, while gaining extensive trial experience. He was responsible for handling a variety of cases that included but was not limited to Drug Crimes, Grand Theft Crimes, Gun Crimes, and all Driving offenses, including Felony Driving Under the Influence. After his time as a Felony Prosecutor, Mr. Blanco-Herrera was promoted to a supervisory position, where he oversaw other Assistant State Attorney’s caseloads. Mr. Blanco-Herrera has successfully litigated over seventy trials and hundreds of motions. After spending four years at the Broward State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Blanco-Herrera joined the Law Offices of Carner and Barzakay, where he concentrated his practice on Personal Injury Litigation where he obtained lucrative financial settlements for his clients.
After the dissolution of the Law Offices of Carner and Barzakay, Mr. Blanco-Herrera joined Carner, Newmark & Cohen, LLP. At Carner, Newmark & Cohen, LLP., Mr. Blanco-Herrera focused his practice on all aspects of Personal Injury Law. Mr. Blanco-Herrera supervised staff and handled pre-litigation and litigation cases for the firm. At Carner, Newmark & Cohen, LLP., Mr. Blanco-Herrera aggressively litigated all personal injury matters including but not limited to Auto Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Cycling Accidents, Pedestrian Accidents, Food Allergy Negligence, Slip and Fall Accidents, Trip and Fall Accidents, Premises Liability Accidents, and Wrongful Deaths.
Currently, at RRBH Law, Mr. Blanco-Herrera focuses his practice on all aspects of Personal Injury and Criminal Law.
Mr. Blanco-Herrera was born and raised in Miami, Florida. As a Miami personal injury lawyer, he takes pride in working for his hometown. He has lived his whole life in Miami-Dade County with the exception of the seven years he spent gaining his education at the University of Florida, in Gainesville. Mr. Blanco-Herrera graduated with a Bachelor in Science in Finance from the University of Florida in 2001. He continued his education at the University of Florida where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the Levin College of Law in 2004.
