DANIEL J. RODRIGUEZ
Daniel J. Rodriguez is a founding partner/shareholder at Ramon, Rodriguez & Blanco-Herrera, LLP (“RRBH Law”). Daniel joined forces with Alexandra Ramon and Moncy Blanco-Herrera to focus on first-party property insurance and personal injury civil litigation. As a property damage attorney, he represents homeowners and business owners who have lost property in their fight against insurance carriers. Daniel also practices criminal law and has spent the majority of his career working both in the Public Defender’s Office and in his family’s white-collar crime practice.
Prior to opening RRBH Law with his partners, Daniel had over three years of litigation experience at Marin, Eljaiek & Lopez, P.L. At that time, Daniel worked on pre-suit claims and litigation files to form what is now RRBH Law’s first-party property insurance litigation department together with property damage attorney Alexandra Ramon.
Daniel earned his degree of Juris Doctor from the Saint Thomas University School of Law. He attended Florida International University and Miami-Dade Community College for his undergraduate studies, obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
As a law student, Daniel served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Law Offices of the Public Defender of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he represented clients in the Felony Criminal Division at the Richard E. Gerstein Building. In addition, he served as a legal intern under the Honorable Jacqueline Hogan Scola in the Felony Criminal Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
